Reconcile dues

Match a payment

1. Open a league in the Commissioners Hub, then Payments.
2. Select an unmatched LeagueSafe payment.
3. Select the owner who made it. They show as paid.

Tip

Paid some other way? Mark the owner paid manually and add a note.

Dismiss a payment

Dismiss a payment that isn’t for this league. Undo from the message that appears.

Remind unpaid owners

Select Send reminders, check the preview, and post it to league chat. It names everyone still unpaid.

No LeagueSafe pool

No LeagueSafe league linked? Link one, or track dues by hand from each roster’s … Roster details (set Owes and tick Has User Paid?).

Link your LeagueSafe leagues

1. Open Payments and select Link LeagueSafe leagues (or Change link → on the link bar).
2. Check the suggested pairs. Fix any that landed on the wrong LeagueSafe league.
3. Save. Payments from that LeagueSafe league now show on the Payments tab.

Tip

On a phone, tap a Sleeper league, then tap its LeagueSafe league.

Seasons and history

Use the season buttons for the current season and the next two (some leagues pay ahead). History opens older seasons, marked Archived. You can still link payments and mark owners paid there to back-fill old seasons.
