Suggested routines

FantasyPilot suggests routines for your leagues. Open Preview, then Enable or Dismiss.

Preview and send now

Preview shows the next message for each league. Select Refresh all to rewrite it from current data, or the refresh button on one league.

Send now asks ‘Post to now?’ first, then posts that league’s message right away. It’s logged as Sent manually, doesn’t count toward the routine’s run limit, and doesn’t change the schedule.

Edit, pause or delete

Select Edit to open the same sheet as +, filled in with the routine. Change leagues, message or schedule (for a dues reminder, Collect dues through), then Save; Esc discards. Pause stops runs until you Resume.

Caution

Delete removes the routine immediately, with no confirmation.

A run failed

Failed runs show in the routine’s run log with the reason. ‘Sleeper token expired’ means you need to re-link Sleeper in Sync & Support.
