Turn on a ready-made reminder
Section titled “Turn on a ready-made reminder”- Open Routines and select +.
- On Reminders, tick League dues, Trade deadline, Taxi squad lock or League draft.
- Choose the leagues for each. Leagues that already have it show as on.
- Select Turn on. Each runs at noon ET and repeats every season.
What the dues reminder says
Section titled “What the dues reminder says”The League dues reminder @mentions everyone who still owes, one per line, and ends with your LeagueSafe league link. It never posts when everyone has paid.
Owners who haven’t joined your LeagueSafe league are listed separately, after a short note asking them to join even if they owe nothing this season, because it’s much easier for you when everyone is in LeagueSafe.
Collect dues a season or two ahead
Section titled “Collect dues a season or two ahead”If your league pays ahead, pick the last season to collect under Collect dues through: this season, next season or the one after. Every season up to and including it must be paid.
Each season that still has unpaid owners gets its own message, oldest first. Messages for future seasons say ‘(we pay ahead)’ and don’t include the LeagueSafe link, which is for this season. Everyone paid means paid through that season.
Write your own
Section titled “Write your own”- Select + and open Custom.
- Pick leagues.
- Write it (posts exactly your text) or Describe it (Pilot writes it from each league’s data; the preview shows a sample).
- Set Starts (tied to an NFL or league date), Repeats and Ends.
- Select Create routine.
Pinning
Section titled “Pinning”Pin message in league chat is on by default. Turn it off to post without pinning.
